("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you call or send a text message to our phone number(s), including interactions handled by our automated voice and SMS agent (the "Service"). By calling or texting our number, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

  • Voice recordings and transcripts of calls to the Service
  • Content of text messages you send to the Service

  • Call metadata (date, time, duration, call outcome)
  • Text message metadata (date, time, delivery status)
  • General technical information passed through our telecommunications provider (e.g., carrier, approximate geographic region associated with the number)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the voice and SMS agent
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • Route calls or messages to a human representative when needed
  • Train, evaluate, and improve the accuracy of our automated systems

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Voice Recordings and Call Transcripts

Calls to our Service may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance, training, and service-improvement purposes. Where required by law, we will notify you that a call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are retained in accordance with the retention practices described in Section 6.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., Twilio and other telecommunications, cloud hosting, and AI/voice-processing providers), under contractual confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, subpoena, or court order
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Our voice and SMS agent is built using third-party telecommunications and AI infrastructure, including Twilio, Inc., which processes call and message data on our behalf to deliver the Service. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services to us and in accordance with their own privacy and security commitments. We encourage you to review Twilio's Privacy Notice for details on how it processes data as our processor.

6. Data Retention

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and message content for 90 days unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute, comply with a legal obligation, or enforce our agreements. Metadata (such as call logs) may be retained longer for business records and compliance purposes.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message from the Service
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your information

8. SMS Terms

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Service.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
  • We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
